Oil change was first for new vehicle. Suppose to rotate tires, I checked pressure in tires on dash. Front tires were 56-65 rear tires were 63-53. Looked closely & one side had been rotated other had not.

Employees don’t feel the need to care about the customer. It’s like, oh well we did our best. Then you find an employee who rises above and feels the need to assist the customer reach satisfaction. Twice I left thinking I’d not return. If you don’t have an appointment you don’t get help or answers. If you do have an appointment they have time for you.

First of all the people I talked to was extremely nice would give them a A+. I have never gave a bad review in my life. I bought a new tire for my gmc truck that only had 5k miles. I live about 3 miles from dealership. I pulled in my drive way and my 5 y/o grandson said something fell off my truck when I got out. I looked in the driveway and a lug nut was laying there. It fell off my truck . I put it back on and checked the rest of them and another one was loose.

Service was good but price is poor. Dealership charge shop fees but was never transparent on what they use . Representative could have made effort to get customer discount or break regarding fuel pump module since the vehicle was just around 45000 miles and was serviced in gym dealership for its entire life .

Once I was able to get it scheduled it went smoothly. Pete always takes good care of me But Matt is always either too busy or away from his desk. When I do get a face-to-face with him it is good. Just finding him is the problem. Your phone calls are on hold much too long. Unacceptable

Took my car in for engine light on. They never gave me a quess at how long it would take. I called on Thurs to see how long, and got people who knew nothing about my car, had no idea which dealership was fixing it, tried to send me to Chas, I tried to tell them where I had taken at the 29th st. Exit, girl had no idea where that was! Just a complete circus to get info on my car.

Matt Winkfield was the best! So polite and personable. Vehicle repair was completed in a timely manner, and I am happy to have my screen working properly again. The tech who replaced my screen did mark up my trim in one place at the top near the dash. They should have seen it as it is noticeable and offered to replace it. I may contact them about it.
