I had an Outstanding Experience purchasing a new GMC truck from Moses. Absolutely Seamless from sales through financing. Everyone that I had contact with knew their product and was the utmost in professional and courteous.

Jason Bailey was the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. Calm, non-pushy and well knowledgeable about the vehicle (which has not been my previous experience. From start to end every was perfect.

Great service and great service staff

Oil change was first for new vehicle. Suppose to rotate tires, I checked pressure in tires on dash. Front tires were 56-65 rear tires were 63-53. Looked closely & one side had been rotated other had not.

Personnel were friendly and and very helpful with all questions I had. They completed oil change and Tire rotation in a timely manner

Garrett and his associates were fantastic in helping me purchasing my new truck. Very courteous and informative during and after my transaction.

Employees don’t feel the need to care about the customer. It’s like, oh well we did our best. Then you find an employee who rises above and feels the need to assist the customer reach satisfaction. Twice I left thinking I’d not return. If you don’t have an appointment you don’t get help or answers. If you do have an appointment they have time for you.

It was good no problems fairly quick was very satisfied.

Scheduling was great, drop off and pick up were both smooth and easy. Communication about what work needed done and completion date were also good. Only downfall is the detail department, there was still overspray from painting the vehicle on the windows when I got my car back.

Matt check us in and did a great job gathering information and needed repairs.

Working with Matt in service is always a pleasure. He's works so hard to take care of all your needs.

Matt was excellent very helpful on the scheduling my appointment also arranged for the person that installed the tonneau cover to come out and show me how to operate and also gave me some very good helpful tips

Truck was at service center almost all day and the rattle wasn’t repaired. Still exists.

Once I was able to get it scheduled it went smoothly. Pete always takes good care of me But Matt is always either too busy or away from his desk. When I do get a face-to-face with him it is good. Just finding him is the problem. Your phone calls are on hold much too long. Unacceptable

Took my car in for engine light on. They never gave me a quess at how long it would take. I called on Thurs to see how long, and got people who knew nothing about my car, had no idea which dealership was fixing it, tried to send me to Chas, I tried to tell them where I had taken at the 29th st. Exit, girl had no idea where that was! Just a complete circus to get info on my car.
